The Amber Watch Foundation is an organization that has the mission "To keep kids safe" and Gale is talking about their "Be safe" Education Program, presented in schools to prevent child abduction and molestation.
The video seems to be recorded during Vanished, but it was posted just yesterday.

Vanished的时候好像比现在要饱满。。。可能下巴也翘一点吧XD 感觉和第五季Justin咬的时候差不多啊~:P
